About Us

"LUTOVAC Architecture Studio" was founded by Branko Lutovac in 2024, with headquarters in Tivat. After 6 years of practice in the partner company "Studio Vertikala", in which he was a co-founder, he starts an independent studio. The studio is engaged in the creation of project documentation (ideal and main projects of architecture, landscaping and interiors) for all typologies of buildings. We are focused on creating unique architecture that is in relation with the existing context. In addition to standard design services, we also offer our clients a package of assistance and mediation services through the entire process of obtaining project documentation for the construction of the building until the registration of the building in the tittle deed. The mentioned package includes: consulting, analysis, finding a location and mediating the purchase, obtaining the necessary documents to start designing, finding a licensed geodetic organization for surveying the terrain, carrying out the necessary cadastral procedure, revision, supervision, as well as complete project management.

Branko Lutovac

Date of birth: 13.09.1990. year

He has acquired primary and secondary education in Berane. He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Montenegro (2013) in Podgorica, where he defended his master's thesis a few years later (2017).

During his studies, he was the winner of the award for the best student of the Faculty of Architecture awarded by the University of Montenegro, as well as the winner of the "19. December ” Municipality of Podgorica, for the best student of the Faculty of Architecture.

From 2013 to 2015, he was employed as an assistant at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Montenegro in Podgorica.

From 2016 to 2018, he was engaged in the "Atelje arhitekture" in Podgorica, and he spent 2018 in "Studio Enforma" in Kotor, after which he founded a partner studio with Ana Mičić, "Studio Vertikala". After 6 years of successful practice, he founded the independent "Lutovac architectural studio".

He is the winner of numerous awards and prizes at the competition, for various types of buildings, of which:

  1. Second prize at the competition for the conceptual design of the closed Prison complex , Municipality of Danilovgrad
  2. Award “Purchase” on the competition for the conceptual urbanistic and architectural solution of kindergarten in the village of Guka, municipality of Pljevlja
  3. The second prize for the competition for the design of the urbanistic and architectural conceptual solution of the public space around the motel “Vodice” – public fountain in Pljevlja, 2015. Year
  4. The second prize for Zone 1, at the International Competition for the conceptual urbanistic and architectural solution for Pristan, Ulcinj, 2015
  5. The second prize for Zone 2, at the International Competition for the conceptual urbanistic and architectural solution for Pristan, Ulcinj, 2015.
  6. Apart from the competition awards, he was awarded on the 2nd Montenegrin Salon of Architecture in the category “Project” for the project “Eco Village, Andrijevica”, as well as recognition at the international competition for the concept and contents of the Montenegrin setting at the 16th International Architecture Exhibition in Venice (La Biennale di Venezia di Architettura) 2018. year

He has exhibited his works on drawings and sketches in architecture called “As we arrived” at the Atrium of the National Library of Serbia, Belgrade in 2016.
